Every piece is measured, graded and disclosed. Size, condition and any defects are shown before purchase, and a one-of-one item reserved by one shopper cannot be sold twice.

A location selector, delivery or pickup options and serviceability checks make "near you" part of browsing instead of a surprise at checkout.

New drops
Curated collections launch on a schedule, with a rolling "new drops" rack in between, plus wishlists, saved searches and following favourite sellers.

Built for sellers
Seller onboarding and verification, listings and drafts, photo uploads, inventory and stocktake, offline point-of-sale sync and themed public store pages. Payouts follow the return window.

Checkout and returns that protect both sides
Razorpay payments with verification, guest checkout or Google sign-in, and returns with an inspection step before any refund is issued.

Updates people choose to get
Order and account messages go out by email, SMS and WhatsApp, with opt-in preferences and quiet hours. Admins can edit or switch off each message template.

How it is built
Modules for features such as coupons, SMS and WhatsApp can be switched on or off by an admin, and the API enforces it. Switching a module off never deletes data.
